Clean, comfortable room and a friendly welcome.
Our stay was overshadowed by noisy neighbors. Loud music from the adjacent property kept us awake all night. We called the reception for assistance, but there was little they could do about the situation. It seems the hotel is aware of these disturbances, yet they do not inform guests beforehand. This experience was very disappointing, especially for a highly rated hotel.

I loved my time here, especially enjoying the lovely pool area and the cozy garden seating that was perfect for relaxation. The only minor downside was that the rooms felt a bit small, but they were still comfy enough for a great stay. Definitely check out the local spots nearby. you won't regret it! 😊

Just a fine choice for a brief retreat in Merida with attractive and competitive value for money. The room had good AC and a fridge, which made our stay much more comfortable. Bring your own snacks since little breakfast options are available nearby.

Couples seeking a cozy stay
They suggested some great local spots to eat and made sure my room was always pristine – like I said, spotlessly cleaned every day.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but, honestly, for what you get, it was acceptable.

The pool leaves something to be desired. it's dirty, which was a real letdown since we chose this spot for some quality time by the water. Drinking water availability is also an issue. no one offered us any upon arrival, and I had to ask. The family room felt cramped, with bizarrely stiff and round pillows that could give a person a neck pain worse than what you'd get after an asteroid field flight. I've stayed in places that are not only more affordable but also roomier and comfier.

The Double or Twin Room was comfy and clean. Nice garden view and the A/C worked really well, even though I didn't really need it. The room was situated away from direct sunlight, which kept it cool. It felt peaceful with the courtyard and pool right outside. The staff were super friendly and helpful. All in all, a solid stay!
